Founder | Head of Academy

Ben began his coaching career aged 17 starting at a local grassroots team from there he went on to coach at Chelsea FC and Paris Saint Germain. Setting up the academy in 2023 he now oversees the Academy operations and is the Head Coach at our Oxted Development Centre. He is also a FIFA Licensed Football Agent and helps players from all levels with their Careers.

Micky Mcnamara

Senior Coach | U11-U14 Lead Phase

Micky has a vast knowledge and experience within Youth Football at various levels. He is the current Lead phase overseeing players aged 11-14. He is also the assistant head coach at our Oxted Centre and Head Coach at our Caterham Centre. He also delivers on our popular holiday camp Soccer Schools!

Jude Stephens

Schools Programme Lead Coach | U9 Coach

Jude began coaching for Elevate in 2024, bringing and works on our Schools programme delivering After School Clubs to our partner schools. He also coaches our U9 group at our Oxted Centre. Jude is also a trainee Sport Psychologist and works with our players across all of our centres. He also works with Dorking Wanderers and Individual Athletes outside of Elevate.

Tom Lyons

Camp Coordinator| U8 Lead Coach

The youngest member of the team. Tom currently plays in the English Non League system. He brings experience whilst playing at a competitive level and can help our players develop. At Elevate he coaches our U8 Players at Oxted. He is also Lead coach and camp coordinator for our Holiday Camps, which sees him planning and delivering fun and engaging sessions for all age groups in the school holidays.
